This ridiculously simple concoction takes asparagus to a level with only 3 ingredients. Next time you are grilling, grab some asparagus and try it out. My brother told me how to make this and I can’t believe I didn’t thin of it before. Thanks Rob!
Bushel of asparagus
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (roughly – enough to coat asparagus)
Salt to taste
In a pan or baking dish, brush olive oil over asparagus to coat completely. Sprinkle with salt.
Grill for about 7 minutes (or until tender to your liking) turning once half way through.
